04 / ROOM TO TRAIN

MORE LIGHT.
LESS DISTRACTION.

A club does not have to be loud to have energy. Our space concept combines open areas, clear zones and places to arrive.

FOUR ZONES / ONE CLUB CONCEPT

WHAT DOES
YOUR TRAINING NEED?

Choose a zone. Equipment and use are illustrative, not promises about a real location.

THE SPACE WORKS WITH YOU

CLEAR PATHS.
CLEAR THOUGHTS.

The concept organises the floor around training tasks. Equipment stays where it is needed. Clear walkways and a calm place for explanations matter as much as equipment itself.

Time between groups allows equipment to be returned and the next class prepared. Music adds atmosphere but does not replace understandable coaching.

The image shows a design idea. It does not establish a real location, its dimensions or its accessibility.

PRACTICAL DETAILS BEFORE YOU LEAVE

GOOD TO KNOW.

Changing rooms & showers

Included in the concept. Bring your own towel, clean indoor shoes and water bottle. Loan equipment or toiletries are not promised here.

Training hours

Example: Monday to Friday 06:00–22:00, Saturday and Sunday 08:00–20:00. Group classes run only at the times shown in the demo timetable.

Access & barriers

Step-free entry, door widths, sanitary facilities and individual support must be checked at a real location. Concept images do not establish accessibility.

Getting here

GRIT HOUSE has no real address here. There is no invented map, transit stop or parking recommendation. A real implementation would put those details here.

KEEP EXPLORING

FIRST THE CLUB.
THEN THE CLASS.

The essentials for your first visit, brought together in one walkthrough.

Plan your first visit

SCHEMATIC / NOT SURVEYED

THE WAY
TO YOUR FIRST CLASS.

A proposed room concept. Not a real map, evacuation plan or proof of accessible entry.

  1. Entrance: get your bearings.
  2. Welcome: say which example class you are exploring.
  3. Change or wait quietly: choose what you need first.
  4. Go to the training zone with your coach.

INFORMATION WITHOUT PERSONAL DISCLOSURE

WHAT IT
COULD FEEL LIKE.

Design intentions, not confirmed accommodations.

Light

Daylight through tall windows, with functional lighting. Glare and individual lighting needs would require an on-site check.

Music & sound

Engine is imagined as livelier; Reset as calmer. Weights and equipment may be audible. No guaranteed volume or noise-free period.

Instructions

Short explanations and visible demonstrations are planned. Ask for a repeat, a smaller option or time to observe.

A quieter arrival

The proposed waiting area allows a conversation before class. Availability, quiet spaces and support would need confirmation by a real operator.

Concept groups: Strong/Engine up to 12, Reset up to 10 adults. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis or disability to read this information.
